One month late in posting the trip to Hong Kong with En! :D that's us above with our luggages after lunch at Itacho at the airport and waiting for the sky train to our departure terminal!! Soooo excited! My first time traveling with this best friend!
Always flying Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong!
Arriving in Hong Kong!!! It's also my first time going direct to the airline for my trip to Hong Kong so there isn't any airport transfer provided by the travel agency. But it's pretty convenient! There's this booth you can look out for if you are going free and easy.
This booth sells express train tickets to the city and there are passes for 4 at 250 HKD. The original price is at 100 HKD/ pax!
The train ride would take only 24 minutes to reach the city!!
We took a cab from Hong Kong station where we alighted to Hollywood Road where our hotel is situated. Took no more than 10 minutes to reach there!
First time residing at this boutique hotel!
Feels good to be in another country for the first time during festive period! Totally loving the ambience! (:
We were hungry and checked in, dropped our luggages before we went for dinner. Not dinner but supper cause we had our early dinner on flight.
The rooms were small, very much reminded me of the hotels in Japan! But very beautifully designed. With color themes black and white, it went with the Hollywood theme. I like it!
And a note on the red rose pillow that says "I'm clean, hug me"! (:
Most of the restaurants were close already and we weren't considering traveling out for dinner so we settled with this Cha Chan Teng just opposite the hotel.
That's a lot of food!!
I ordered wanton mee!! And it's soooo good! This bowl cost S$3.50 and there were like 5 huge wantons and each were filled with a few prawns and meat!! The ones we have in Singapore are always a lot of meat but maybe just a little prawn!
I'm unable to get the exact location of the restaurant but if you are around the area too, it's exactly opposite Welcome supermarket! (:
Went back to the hotel to rest early because we are headed for Ocean Park for a day of play and fun when we wake up!! (:
I like to unpack my luggage and hang up all the clothes! Put them in accordance on how I'm going to wear them and tidy the accessories when I travel!
So here's ending the post with a random shot of the accessories I brought to match my outfits! Accessories do make a difference, so cannot be lazy! :P
