The Audacious Cakery

Was invited to The Audacious Cakery just sometime last week with the Sheila and TNs girls! Not usually a fan of sweet stuff but I know the girls love them so there we were! Surprised to know that they are located at Everton Park! Very familiar with the area because I go there pretty often as I have a client there! (:

Besides the delectable confections of both sweet and savoury, handcrafted artisanal sandwiches and a mean cuppa, The Audacious Cakery also offers a quiet, causal environment that is perfect to relax and gather with friends and family.

Enjoying the cakes & tea!

We were there after work, that is about 645pm so most of the cakes were already sold out! Thankful that they saved the cakes for us!! :D :D Next time we return, we got to be there early!!

Mabs said that this is the best Black Forest cake - Foret Noir she had! So if you like Black Forest, you know tog got to order this! The other cake we ordered was Pure Chocolate; Chocolate Obesession!

Sheila's favorite of all was Exotique (Papaya and Mango)! The taste is really unique. Haven't had anything in this combination before. Not forgetting only cheese cake for the evening; Zacharie (Passionfruit Cream Cheese), made from quality, fresh and thick cream cheese!

We had 2 Tarts too!! The Lemon Meringue Tart and Chocolate Tart. The chocolate tart is MY FAVORITE! I could devour them all if I could. The chocolate is so effing rich and thick!! Must must order okay!

Last but not least, Cupcakes! We had 3 of them; Matcha, Chocolate Cream Cheese and Smores! I like the smores one best cause there were digestive biscuits at the end! Love how each mouth was soft and crunchy! :)

The Audacious Cakery bakes its cakes and pastries daily on site and to maintain its quality and freshness, a limited quantity of each product is produced each day! (:

Thank you for the generosity, we had 4 cakes, 2 tarts, 6 macarons and 3 cupcakes just for the 4 of us!! Never had so much sweets at a time before and we sure enjoyed ourselves!! Thank you! (:
