I like this dish, one of my favorites! Avocado, Chilled Corn Veloute and crispy Crab in Brick!
Cream of Sunchoke; Buttered Crouton, Watercress and Truffle.
Very fragrant soup, and my first time eating truffle this way :X

Was having a sore throat and bad tummy above the fever so I didn't have the salmon dish and the aglio olio. Next time, I'm going back!!!

Mommy preferred the short rib while I enjoyed the striploin more. The wagyu looks a little too bloody but that's just the color of the meat.
Ending dinner with a dessert!

Hazelnut Meringue, Chestnut Paste and Vanilla Ice Cream which Ah Gong sure enjoyed! He had mine share, my Ah Ma's and his own!!
