Ah Gong wanted to have dimsum for Sunday lunch so we made a table reservation at East Ocean Teochew Restaurant, Takashimaya! Thank god we did because the queue was madness! The place was jam packed with people, so make sure you make a prior reservation!
Anyway, we were gathered together for Ah Ma's birthday!! She's 74 on 1st October! I love you, Ahma!!!!

The cousins with their liu sha bao! A few of them made a mess out of it cause each bun is full of custard!! Hard to handle!
Mini Puff Pastry Egg Tarts!
I grew up with egg tarts. I remember when I was younger and visited Hong Kong, I ate an egg tart everyday that I was there! But now, i can't finish a huge one so I would only egg tarts when I see that they serve mini ones on the menu! (:
Ma Lai Gao- Steamed Chinese Sponge Cake
Zonia's and mummy's favorite!! They would go to every dim sum restaurant and try out the ma lai gao. By far, the ones at Red Star is the worse! hahaha!

With all that happened 2 months ago in the family, it is really heartwarming and happy to have both my Ah Gong and Ah Ma with us and to be able to celebrate their 75th and 74th birthday this year (:
