Off to Gardens by the Bay after our Snowflake sessions. It was both our first times there. It's a 15 minutes walk from Marina Bay Sands Tower 1 to Gardens by the Bay's Flower Dome where Majestic is at! We took awhile to reach the restaurant because we were stopping and taking pictures of the beautiful place lolol!
Majestic Bay Restaurant is located below the Flower Dome and besides offering the freshest sea treasures from all over the world, it also specializes in Cantonese dishes which explains the extensive soup menu.
Following the success of Majestic Restaurant and Jing, Majestic Bay Restaurant is the latest venture for Chef Yong Bing Ngen. He combines new innovations and classic favourites at the Majestic's Group first seafood themed restaurant.
Fresh seafood shipped in every day to assure freshness of the seafood!

Our +1 for the evening! (:
Our +1 for the evening! (:
Mabs and Chris are official makan buddies now! :D
When Mabs and Christine arrived, food was served! I was fascinated by the fusion of the dishes.
Our first dish was Duo seafood combo Crispy lychee, crab meat, mushrooms and soft shell crabs, lemon butter milk sauce ($28 for 4 persons).
Oh gosh, I love the soft shell crabs so much I took 2 pieces. hehe! Sheila had 2 crispy lychees, she must have loved it so much! (:
Soup of the day!!! We couldn't stop raving about this soup. It's easily the best we have had in restaurants. This soup is of Braised, Ocean Sunfish maw, crab meat, luffa, thicken yellow soup ($18 per person). It's so sweet, I can have 2 bowls of it, ANYTIME! A dish that I would go back just for.
The next dish is also everyone's favorite. Especially Sheila!
Yummy Steamed, bamboo clam, minced garlic (Market Price)! As bamboo clams are seasonal items, we were very lucky to be able to have this for dinner that evening. Sheila was telling us that she has been to a few restaurants recently and couldn't get bamboo clams. So she turned from a sad girl to a happy girl after having the bamboo clams lol!
Not exactly a fan of bamboo clams but it was good and an excuse to take pictures with it lololol!
On the other side....
Mabs busy instagraming her food and Christine enjoying her bamboo clams, daintily.
HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT is Majestic Seafood Restaurant's Signature.
Live crabs, Bay’s signature “Kopi” sauce (Market Price). Oh my godddddd, this smelt sooo good. I could smell it from the end of the restaurant. In fact, everyone dining there ordered this so I was salivating for it since 3 dishes ago haha!
into the fire!
Everyone was paiseh (shy) to eat the gong (pincer). Me holding it doesn't mean that I'm not paiseh okay. But it was because there wasn't much left and Sheila and I decided to share it lol!
big not!
digging and digging!
yummey!
sheila kissing the crab lol!
Mabs was very helpful that night. She helped us to take so many pictures! Love her la! She has the best photography skills in The Nail Status. Christine is improving lol!
We were very full by then. So honestly when the main dish came, I was like oh no, I can't eat anymore ):
But obviously , I was wrong. Tell you why!
Baked rice, assorted seafood, chef’s recipe sauce ($68 for 4-6 persons, $88 for 7-12 persons). This rice is so addictive. Mabs and Christine were already discussing on when to come again and bring this family and that family here. It's really good and fragrant. It's slightly spicy, like curry powdered rice and generously filled with seafood like prawns, mussels and ABALONE!
ahhhh these cute baby abalones, come to my tummy! hehe!
me looking so pleased and full lol!
Last on the menu that evening was desserts, of course!
Sweet’s temptation ($20 for 4 persons)! This dessert platter includes the Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Yam Paste Stuffing, Shredded Coconut (nutty black glutinous rice ball stuffed with a fragrant yam paste, then rolled in shredded coconut), Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Fresh Cream Stuffing (tender mochi skin stuffed with light fresh cream and chopped mango and strawberry), Steamed Custard Bun, Salted Egg Yolk, Bay’s Chinese Pancake, Red Bean Paste.
Not exactly a fan of desserts, so I didn't take much. Sheila, Christine and Mabs loved the white colored one, glutinous rice dumpling with fresh cream stuffing of mixed fruits. I agree with them on that. For someone who doesn't take desserts, I say good means it's really good haha!

After so much food and dessert, we left the restaurant very happy, full and satisfied. We didn't leave the compound. Instead, headed for the toilet next door to camwhore lololol! Our traditional mirror reflection shots after each meet up to end the day!
Christine was in the dress that everyone of us has cause it's prints are too beautiful to resist, you can get it from the boutique!
Sheila was in Cool Back Military Dress which was just launched recently! (:
I was wearing Peek at my Waist midi for the evening.
Mabs was in Grand Entrance dress which Zonia has the exact same piece!
