Irvin's with the Grandparents!

Been awhile since I went to Irvin's for dinner. The last time I had a crab feast and this time round, I was there to try 2 new dishes on the menu! We went to pick the Grandparents up for dinner too! (:

So these 2 items are NEW on the menu! Ah gong loves fish and that's why we decided to take him there. They are Claypot Braised Fish Head and Fish Head Soup in Herbal or Milky Soup at no more than $35 and serves 5 pax!

Glad dinner didn't take too long to be served cause I was feeling hungry.

Fish Head Soup in Herbal Soup

This is the best fish head soup I ever had. The fish is white and fresh and most importantly the soup is brewed very well! It is sweet and fragrant. It has Angelica sinensis, commonly known as "dong quai" or "female ginseng", tomatoes, mushrooms, yam and white cabbage. A lot of other goodies that made the soup so good!

Claypot Braised Fish Head

While Zonia, Mommy, Ah ma and I loved the other dish more, Ah gong and Daddy loved this so much. The sauce is thicker so it goes well with white rice. Again it's filled with a lot of ingredients, so much you can just have plain rice to go with this and no need to order any other vegetables or meat.

Zonia and I was recommending Irvin's Salted Egg Crabs and Ah Gong wanted to give it a try. Irvin's Salted egg crabs is my favorite by far because the sauce is creamy and fragrant. Definitely wasn't stingy with their salted egg hehe!

We ordered a Medium one which was at $39.90 cause Mom didn't want any that evening

Claypot Braised Fish Head is at $28.80 while the Fish Head Soup in Herbal or Milky Soup is at $32.80. (Good for 5pax each). This two dishes are prepared the traditional method so as to bring the best taste to our customers.

Ending the post with sharing my outfit of the day! I am in 2 pieces from Hollyhoque's latest collection! (:
Chic Overlap Cropped Top and Grace Romance Skirt! Both pieces are available in the boutique and online! The cropped top is in it's last pieces and not low cut at all because the overlay can be adjusted to own comfort. The Romance skirt is super comfy and light weighted, very much reminded me of Mel's dance skirt lol!
