Dinner with the girls at Plaza Singapura's Sakae Teppanyaki!

Been awhile since I had Sakae Teppanyaki. Remember having dined at the Tampines outlet when I was younger. I love watching the chefs cook our food from scratch. I remember being fascinated with the Chawanmushi cooking! 2013 marks our 11th year as friends. Pris wanted to have teppanyaki so there we were.

As we weren't too hungry, we got 2 sets of the Premium Sakae Set to share. at $25, it has Beef, Foie Gras, Chawanmushi, Salmon, Rice, Miso Soup and Vegetables! (:

Sounds like a lot for a lady to finish.

Pretty Chawanmushi!

We all love garlic so our main dish was heavenly! It was cooked with a generous portion of garlic, medium rare for us!

The whole meal took about an hour plus so we didn't really enjoy your meal. We had a movie to catch and kept looking at the watch. Reminder to us is never to have teppanyaki sets if we are time strapped!

Movie timeeeeee! Got en to book us tickets cause it's hardly possible to get tickets on Saturday night. En got us tickets 5 hours before the movie and the best seats available were second row from the front ):

Ended the night with some shopping! En got herself a new labbit at Craftholic. She chose for the longest time before deciding to get the grey/white one cause she wanted something simple.

These bunnies are from Japan and very very popular today. I can't spend $60 for a plushie like that now.

Night ended with beancurd and yu tiao at Rochor Original Beancurd for desserts! Look at the queue at 9pm!

I love the yu tiao there cause it's so soft and fresh from the oven! We ordered 2 soya milk, 2 soya bean and 2 yu tiao to share! We have been sharing 2 sets the whole evening! :D

I love racer back and halter pieces cause it emphasizes the collar bones. Because I don't have lean arms, I cannot carry off half sleeved. If you share similar sentiments, you will love this piece! :D

The other piece was worn to work. It's Ruffled Peplum Pencil Dress in Wine Red. Peplum designs now change the way we dress for work. No longer the simple pencil and shift dresses.

The wedges is also from Hollyhoque but no longer available in black if i'm not wrong. The other color I like is the dusty pink pair. You call give the boutique a call before heading down to the store! (:
