A close relative of mine is seeking for Platelet Donation for her 7-yr old son suffering from Leukemia.
Criteria:
1) 18-55yrs old
2)0+ blood type
3) weight at least 52kg
4) good health no long term medication
5) citizens or PR.

Not that I don't want to help. But why do you need NRIC number?
