Trim and Style at Von's.

Cause I was getting irritated with my long long fringe, i decided to go back to Von for a trim!
Cause I had a shoot after that, I didn't have time to sit down for a hair treatment which Von had wanted to do for me.

We had a good catching up though, things are hard for him this period. Let's pray that he will tide it through. I remember the first I met him was at a Chevron event where I was working. He came up to me to be his hair model and somewhat be my sponsor, I was hesitant cause since when there was free lunch in this world. A few months later, I did a hair shoot for him where I had my hair all up in the weirdest, creative styles ever...

There, our friendship began. We embarked on a sponsorship where I will blog for him in exchange for the services he provides. Von is never calculative, he doesn't checks if i blog after a hair appointment, neither will he question about my blogging style or when I'm doing a post for him. True enough, I have had a few hair salons who sent me emails on similar sponsorships which I have declined nicely.

I am happy with what I have, Von cares for my hair like he would care for his own. In fact, he cares for his customers' hair like his own! He never allows rebonding and coloring to be done together. He would never do a treatment if he feels that your hair is not in good condition. Sheila and Nicole would definitely know best, cause I remember the girls had wanted to do a perm, but Von didn't allow cause their hair was rather weak/dry. One of them even commented something like, give him earn also don't want! So, that's how much I admire him. He doesn't do services for the sake of earning.
As I was on leave, made some lunch and delivered to the boyf before I headed down to Holland Village, Lorong Mambong, for my hair appointment. My fringe had been terribly stubborn cause at the previous hair cut, I changed parting- for the first time after YEARS! The parting keeps going back to the one before so I thought I should just chop off more fringe so it's lightly and easier to manage.


Throughout the year, many of you have events to participate. Such as Dinner and Dance, parties, birthdays, anniversaries and prom nights and many asked if Von does styling. Yes he does! Styling is at $40, includes wash and blow as well!
It's better if you girls could contact him directly cause I wouldn't know the cost of every service he has! Different hair lengths cost different, I don't do most of the services such as perm and rebond as well! He's nice and WONT BITE! (:
