Go Go Curry/Steamboat!

Grown so sick of french toast, I had sandwiches instead! That's new on the menu at Wangz located at 8 Shenton Way (:



Back to office for work!! (:

Cause Alvin's secretary was on leave that day, I was on office duty! ):

Had to stay in all day to pick calls!

The good thing is i managed to clear all my paperwork and marketing promos! So yay!!!

After work, headed to town to meet up with B for dinner!

We try to meet at least 1 of the weekdays! (:

B suggested Japanese Curry at Ion so there were are; Go Go Curry!
Located at the food level of Ion, generous portions at affordable prices!
The curry is not bad though B said Japan's curry tastes so much better! I'm envious that he gets to fly there a few times a year! His next trip will be in November! ):
They have quite a number of different bowls, all of different portions!
I had the Chicken Katsu "Healthy bowl", less rice and less curry!
B had the Pork Katsu "Economic bowl", usual rice and curry portion! The meat portion remains the same for any kind of bowl! (:

SATURDAY! (:

There wasn't any nice English movie to catch last weekend, so B suggested catching the new Kungfu Movie, Legend of the Fist, Return of Chen Zhen.
I guess the movie is not bad for the very nice fighting stunts. Really stylo milo! Hahaha! And the main actor, Donnie Yen has a really good bod despite his age! Besides that, we felt that the scenes were very much a rush and the worst thing is there wasn't really an ending. Seriously hate shows without endings! And we also have Shu Qi has a Japanese spy in this blockbuster.


B and I had quite a bad flu that day so I insisted we have Steamboat at Bugis!!! Hot Hot, clears the nose instantly!

We went to Hungrygowhere.com and looked for the reviews for 2 Steamboat places there, House Of Steamboat and Xian De Lai. House of Steamboat was a little better and I remember there's free flow of drinks and yummy man tou with condensed milk... So... there we go! (:

We ordered 1 plate of beef, chicken and pork slices. 1 plate of cockles, crab and sotong. We didn't even do a 2nd order of meat. Super "bo hua" leh we eat steamboat b! We ended up having a lot of vegetables, golden mushrooms (my fave!!) and tofu!!! I had quite a bit of ee-fu noodles too! eeeeeeee!!!

So, you guys can try either steamboat places located just opposite Bugis Junction!
House of Steamboat is slightly cheaper at $18.90 whereas Xian De Lai is about $23+. Downside of Xian De Lai is that there is no free flow of drinks!

Weeee!!! The loots I ordered from F21 online for B are here!!! Super nice cardigans, V-neck tops, tee and vest! I love shopping online, especially for F21 cause there are clothes for men too! Downside is sizing, we had to try and error the sizes for quite sometime, glad that we managed to get the perfect size now! (:

So there we have 2 different outfits for different days of the week!
