Jing had a change of working environment just recently,
so to show her my support, I decided to meet up with her for lunch at where she is working! (:

Craved for Coffee Club, I met her there. (And ehh! Where is my Coffee Club card that I applied since Mothers' Day!!)

Jing took the longest time looking at what to order. (What's new, seriously!)
i already know what to get. hahaha!

I know this is random!!! But i cant wait for 1 year to pass over to have a nice set of pearls too!!!
Back to lunch!!! Jing had this huge beef burger!

I didn't like my order! It was too wet, i felt i was eating something soupy! Anyway, there were chunks of fish, prawns and fried soft shell crab in my pasta.

It was a nice, short catch up with Jing. We filled each other in on our jobs, the ups and the downs we were facing. Since we were so close to one another, we promised more lunches! (:
And she melted my heart by saying:
"Yes please, you'll be my weekly dosage of assurance."
Its really amazing how short times like this can actually brighten up a friend's day, an important friend. Especially when you know that she's not exactly very happy with what she is doing. She has the grudges yet she finds the courage to hang on and persevere to see what the near future holds for her.
My day really energized with the simple lunch! Had a more productive day ahead before heading home for a good night's rest (:

The dress i wore today had the cutest puffy sleeves and low back. Though the back is low, we can still wear our usual bra.
