After Parking at Vivo,
Zonia and I walked around while our parents went on their own (:
First stop was F21 to check out some accessories!
Almost bought the nude pair of heels but they were too loose! ):
F21 smallest shoe size is 6? That's like 2 sizes too big! Sighhhh!
Take it as saving money!!! Its too high for work anyway! 5 inches?
Zonia have craving for Cookies n Cream and i was tempted too!

Its just next to Giant Hypermart if you were wondering, not very yummy. Zonia says her Cookies n Cream's good tho!

Can you teach me or give me some tips to lose 6-8kg within the shortest period of time?

♥Zoe Raymond: Hi Jas! (: I do not have the exact methodology to lose weight! But Zonia did lose quite a number of Kilos by going on a NO/LOW-CARB diet. She lost like 10 kg over a 2-3 months. You've got to be very disciplined to achieve that (:
You still have to have like 1-2 mouth fulls of rice/noodles and loads of vegetables and food. I, myself try to go low carb! For eg. when im having mixed vegetable rice, i avoid ordering rice. If i really have to have some carb, i would order Bee Hoon or something. With 3-4 vege/meat (:
Above the food, Zonia swims/gyms very regularly. She does about 20 laps at least 4 times a week. (I usually do only 12laps) Zonia would runs on the treadmill for about 25-30 mins. I would brisk walk, and then run for an hour.
And lose weight by doing something your body is comfortable with. Maybe start today by cutting down on your rice intake. Slowly, pile on the vegetables/meat and cut the rice intake even lower (:

Jas: oh i forgot to reply your question! My heaviest was when i was in secondary school, i tip the weighing machine at 48 Kilo! Hahahaha! I fell sick and managed to lose 3 kilos that period, and became obsessed in maintaining that weight and go lower! Hahahaha!
For your height, 53 Kg is acutally acceptable yea! Just stay healthy by exercising and having more fruits and vegetables!

♥Zoe Raymond: Haha! I dont use any foundations at all, even for shoots. I only have a layer of moisturizer so nope, no darker shade to choose from (: I'm fair! And flash tends to make everyone fairer!
