Hi Sheila! Its def reliable! I got my bag exactly 2 weeks after making an order! And if im not wrong, u might be allowed to pay a deposit n rest at receival of bag which is at your doorstep! (U have to check with them on this matter cause i was sponsored the bag)(: many other bloggers had blogged for them too so i dun think u gotta wry much!
There was a gift receipt from coach included in the bag which i def wasnt expecting to get! (:
